OUR APPROACH
This Refund Policy describes how Maine Street Market LLC, doing business as GZD Consulting (“GZD Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles refunds for our AI receptionist services.
We do not offer cash refunds for Services that have been delivered. Instead, we offer something we believe is more valuable: ongoing optimization until the Service is performing for your practice.
Our promise isn’t a money-back guarantee. It’s a we-keep-working-until-it-works guarantee.
The sections below explain how this applies to monthly Service fees and to onboarding fees, and how to reach us if something isn’t right.

MONTHLY SERVICE FEES
Monthly Service fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. The Service continues to be delivered through the end of any paid period.
You may cancel a month-to-month engagement at any time by providing thirty (30) days’ written notice to georges@ai.gzd.consulting. During the 30-day notice period, the Service continues and fees continue to accrue. After the notice period ends, billing stops.
Partial-month refunds are not provided. We bill on a calendar month-to-month cycle, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the notice period.

ONBOARDING FEES
Onboarding fees cover the work of configuring and training the AI for your practice — including discovery, voice and prompt setup, integrations, scheduling rules, escalation paths, and quality testing.
Onboarding fees are non-refundable once setup work has commenced. The work performed during onboarding has real cost and is not recoverable after it begins.
If you cancel before any setup work has begun, a full refund of the onboarding fee is available. To request this, contact us promptly so we can confirm whether work has started.

OUR COMMITMENT
If, after launch, the Service is not delivering the results you expected, we work with you. We don’t end the conversation by handing back a partial fee — we keep iterating.
This typically includes:
- Additional optimization sessions to review call performance, transcripts, and outcomes
- Refinements to the AI’s prompts, voice, escalation paths, and scheduling logic
- Additional training on specific scenarios or edge cases that come up in your practice
- Reasonable adjustments to integrations and workflows within the agreed scope
This is the commitment we make in place of a traditional money-back guarantee. It is meaningful because it is what actually moves the needle for a practice: a working Service, not a refund.
Optimization within the agreed scope of Services is included. Substantial out-of-scope work, additional integrations, or new feature development may be subject to additional fees, which we will discuss with you in advance.

HOW TO REQUEST CONSIDERATION
If you have a concern about the Service or believe a refund or credit should be considered, please contact us by email within thirty (30) days of the issue arising, at georges@ai.gzd.consulting.
Please include:
- Your practice name
- The dates and details of the issue
- What outcome you would like
We will respond within a reasonable business timeframe to discuss the issue and to outline next steps. In most cases, the path forward will be to schedule an optimization session and adjust the Service.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution through direct discussion, the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms & Conditions apply, including the requirement to attempt good-faith resolution before formal proceedings, and the choice of governing law and venue (Florida law; courts located in Orange County, Florida).
